Do I get an Automated / Interactive Voice Response (AVR/IVR)?

Yes, we configure the IVR for you.

Do I need to already have a website to start?

If you already have a website, you can continue using it and we can integrate new forms, booking calendars, surveys and links into it. If you don't have one, we can use your content to create a simple funnel, or you can create funnels and full websites using a simple no-code interface. If you want a full new website, we also offer that as a separate offering.

Can I see a complete history of communication with my clients?

Yes, voice, text, e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, reviews, Google My Business. Communication history from all these channels is unified under each contact / company.

What if I have an app I am using, can you integrate it with APWIZE CRM?

We can sync data one-way or two-ways between APWIZE CRM and your existing application. Subject to your application's API.
